The Pittsburgh Steelers roster cuts are officially in, and the decisions made by Mike McCarthy and Omar Khan reveal plenty about what this team could look like when the regular season begins. From the Broderick Jones and Kaleb Johnson trades to keeping four quarterbacks, Pittsburgh still has some major questions to answer.
Jim Wexell joins Jeremy Hritz on the Steel City Insider Podcast to break down the Steelers’ initial 53-man roster, the biggest surprises, the players who were released or waived, and the moves Pittsburgh could make next.
The Steelers kept all 10 of their 2026 draft picks on the initial roster, while also making two significant trades before the deadline.
